Active FTP option

Would it be possible to add the option back to use Active FTP please as the all new free download manager is being minimized but would like this as a option back in.

There is another thing about Active FTP in 3.9.7 I would like changed for the new release if possible and that is even and odd ports so just to post a simple explanation on this Active FTP as a client connecting to a server goes by 21 then the client opens a port for the server to connect to your end this port is allocated by the client in free download manager but currently its doing even port for many TCP connections like 1034, 1036, 1038, 1040, 1042... but ideally it needs to be even and odd ports that you tell the FTP server to connect back to you.
