[suggestion] download later, don't start download and etc

Thanks for this amazing download manager, I have few suggestions that i saw is missing in this awesome app.

1 - put download later button so people can download the file later using queue mode or individual

2 - put tick mark for not starting download in preferences when adding link to download manager, it useful for some people and server which expire the link after certain amount of time. so download connection doesn't make until you hit start download.

3 - and this is more important on certain circumstances and it is the lack of changing download link with new link in info section of download file. it needs to be added if some download link pause few times or download link expired we can change them easily in info section.
