add new link to original link to finish download

It just happened to me, and I want to blow a gasket.
30 gb download, stopped at 95%.
A previous download manager I used, you could add the new download link to the original download,
and the other download manager would merge the new download to the the existing download, in order to complete the original download, and not have to start again from the begining.
