disable catching of torrents downloads

as someone who uses 2 dedicated torrent clients (r/rutorrent and qbit torrent. i have no need/want for FDM fo deal with my torrents (plus it isnt even a approved client on many of the sites i use)

i would like somthing better than holding alt when i am downloading a torrent.
i want to disable torrent support as a whole through settings.
