To preallocate disk space for file of any size (smaller than 1 Gbyte)

There is an option "Preallocate disk space for files larger than..." It's very useful for reduction of disk fragmentation. But it's allow only for files that have 1 Gbyte minimum size. Is there possible to set any value? Smaller files (1 Mbyte for example) can to fragment disk too. Thank you.
