Provide support for scheduled podcast downloads

As far as I can tell, there is no podcast manager available that provides for downloads at a scheduled time. There are plenty that periodically check, but none that operate on a schedule. For users with metered internet with free periods (eg, Exede satellite internet), the ability to download during the free period is very important. FDM already supports this for file downloads, but it would be great if it could check podcast feeds for new episodes and download them when they are available.
