make fdm like idm

We tried out fdm thinking its like idm, unfortunately it's not.

We could not get a single website which idm and other downloaders can download with ease to work with fdm:

openload and all other sites connected to rapidmoviez and its files
kissanime and simmilar sites with anime to watch live
kissasian and simmilar sites with asian drama and movies to watch live

Also, why is there only settings for speed up to 4,5mb? Most users already have optical net with 100mb/s and more, so 4,5 mb and then only maximum speed leaves a huge gap which makes fdm unusable if one wants to share download speed between two or more apps.

Where exactly is fdm's temp folder? We couldn't find it and need it to make sure it does not download to c partition or hdd that is on this partition.
