Manually select where to divide a file!

It will help in previewing video before completing the downloaded!, can also download only a part of the video file.
Some of the video file types( eg some MP4 , MOV) will not preview if we download the front portion of the file... most of those will play if we download the last part as those file types have headers at the end!
FDM already almost have this feature ...just we need the ability to prioritize certain portion of the file or let us select the blocks in "progress" tab
