Increase the maximum resolution of Youtube videos to 2160p instead of 1080p

I think is possible by selecting the WEBM video format in FDM.. For some reason the 2160p doesn't seem to work in FDM with MP4 files. However, as of 2021-10-23, the YouTube download feature seems to be failing completely.
