Make baloon tips info - adjustable

Why you *** dont let us setup baloon tips info?
When FDM adds any download, baloon tip in system tray shows its "full url", sometimes 5-10 lines long, which is very annoying and useless info.
But when (any) download is finished, FDM shows in baloon tip only "filename".

Let us adjust what to show in baloon tips, setup this.
I would personally prefer baloon tips showing "filename" in both cases. Someone other maybe has else preferences, so adjustablle baloon tips info settings in FDM would be great.
