Pepper plugin instead NPAPI for Google Chrome

We should develop a pepper plugin http://www.chromium.org/developers/design-documents/pepper-plugin-implementation for Google Chrome and Opera (that both built from chromium). Google will remove NPAPI support in 2014 http://blog.chromium.org/2013/09/saying-goodbye-to-our-old-friend-npapi.html

Great, latest version has a Chrome extension which is very nice addition, this can be closed actually.
