"Always resume" support for non-resuming downloads

"Download Accelerator Plus" supports resuming downloads for servers that do not allow a download to be resumed. I am not sure how this works. I assume the file is downloaded to Speedbit's servers and then "Download Accelerator Plus" download the file to the users hard drive. Free Download manager could download the file to Dropbox, Google Drive or some other online storage website and then download the file from the cloud to the users hard drive.

Actually, it's pretty simple. The program initiates a connection, looks for how much of the file it already has, and basically starts firing back a response on those packets it already has at a rapid pace, skipping over these bytes on the local side. It's basically similar to how FFMPEG's skipping feature (before encoding) works.

...At least, I'm pretty sure that's how it does it. Might be different than what FFMPEG does, I guess, but it's a possibility.
