More advanced Add new download window

A more advanced download window with the download options like:

- URL of the added download
- Download Group (Filter the download paths by file extension)
- download path
- File Name
- Add a comment
- All the "Network>New Download" settings in the same window, separated with tabs (see concepts for preview)
