VirusTotal integration to scan for malware

Help protect users from malware by giving them the option the scan the file for malware.

Not by default, but give the user the option to click on a file and queue it for scanning on the VirusTotal API https://www.virustotal.com/en/documentation/public-api/

*Use the URL scan option to check the download URL (if no cookie required)

* check the file hash to see if it's known malware with file/report API

* If VT does not have the file use the file/scan API to upload and scan it.
