Pause/limit downloads while preparing file on disk

This will help with large files, slow hard disks and fast internet connections. When downloading a 6 GB file for a example, it can take quite some time to prepare the file on disk. Disk activity is very high and on slow systems, it can bring the whole PC down for many seconds or even minutes. FDM keeps downloading at full speed while the file is prepared, making things even worse if the connection is fast. My suggestion: add the option to "pause downloading while preparing files" or "limit downloading to 10kb/s while preparing files".
