Automate 'list of downloads' export to HTML

Problem:
I want an up-to-date list of recent downloads via HTML, viewed externally in browser. Current export function is manual. Ideally, I want FDM to automatically update HTML after every successful download.

Solution(s):
(1) Add "Export download List to HTML" to SCHEDULE>TASK and let it trigger on "Download Completed". Include "List of Downloads" or "History of Downloads" HTML options, no need for settings.
(2) or Add a "Export to HTML at FDM startup/shutdown" check-box.
(3) or Add a "Append HTML after download completes" check-box
