add pause option when adding new download

When i move the files around to tidy up the space, the torrent files marked as missing. Therefore i'll become a leecher. I want to seed back the torrents, please give option to tell FDM where my files are placed now.

FDM supports BitTorrent. It should support Magnet and ed2k too.
