On FDM6, to add a new download is a two step process: 1. enter the download link, 2. set save location and file name, and click to actually start the download this is needlessly verbose. FDM3 was able to add a download in a single dialogue box....

Into Linux Deepin, when you copy a local path it copies it with the "file://" prefix, so when we change the path to the download to be saved we have to remove the "file://" prefix so FDM identify it as a valid local path.
